EcoMolded®, the new motor-connection system.
Insert plug and socket connector M23, as well as M12, M40, 22-22, 18-10 insert molded. According to market requirements and in collaboration with the customers, Schweiger developed an easy and inexpensive connection system for servomotors. All common designs and pole types for power – and signal applications are available. The insert molded plug and socket connector M23 is available as standard screw connector M23 or as patented quick fastener system EcoMolded® M23 Quick. Therefore, all standard types for Siemens, Fanuc, SEW, Bosch/Rexroth, Beckhoff, B&R, Elau and other applications are available as catalogue products. Insert molded EcoMolded® M23 is flexible and can be designed individually according to customer preferences.
Up to date production technologies and extensive machinery together with a well assorted stock allow us to be quick, reliable and efficient.
All products are being tested 100 % before leaving our house. By using modern IT processes and an appropriate quality management we can guarantee continuous traceability of each component being used. Thanks to our experience we can deliver short solutions to our appreciating costumers, also regarding special applications. Since years we work as original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for substantial drive manufacturers.
EcoMolded®+ with TE / Intercontec interior
The M23 axle cabling can also be obtained as EcoMolded® + with TE Intercontec components as an additional alternative to the proven, overmoulded axis cabling products. We’re contributing to one of our partnerships with TE Connectivity, so we can offer another molded version of the Intercontec connector technology in the form of a native system.
You now have the opportunity to choose between our long-established EcoMolded® or the new EcoMolded® + connection technology.

Individual project signs
Thanks to our IT solution, it is possible to quickly and easily define individual signage for existing machine cabling. The respective label is traceable in our IT for all time. Even short-term changes can be made until just before the start of production. In addition to our standard labeling options, the customer is of course free to choose other printings or signage.
Free Cable labeling
At Schweiger you receive individual cable assemblies with banderole labeling (standard lettering according to Excel print template), even without surcharge!
- For cable lengths ≤ 30cm, the cable labeling is centered
- For cable lengths > 30cm, the cable label 1x is attached to the connector side (70mm to the cable end)
