Whirling tools from GLOOR

GLOOR whirl heads are used for your machine resp. Whirl unit designed. The heads are equipped with 3, 4 or 5 circular blades.

 

 

 

Cooling individually and flexibly

Reduce tool life and machine downtime by more than 15%.

Although plastic flexible hoses are very flexible coolant lines, they only offer the required operational reliability to a limited extent. Standard flexible hoses are often adjusted by vibrations or shavings and the coolant no longer reaches where it is needed. Machine downtime and tool damage are expensive and can be avoided.

The solution is our articular system!

Only with the manufacturer-independent Hirt-Line® coolant / lubricant line system for turning, milling and grinding machines can you reach this value of 15%. In 2009, HIRTCNC developed the only original stainless steel coolant pipe system with a special ball screw connection. The cooling jet can be precisely adjusted and fixed with this system and is resistant to chemical substances. The position is retained even with heavy chip formation and extreme vibrations. The high-quality product range, which is being further optimized, is optimally designed for pressures of up to 50 bar, even more than 100 bar, depending on the component selection.
